Does not work on my iPad mini running OIS 8. The app opens but the functions do not work.

I paid for the $1.99 version. This had real potential. However once it was downloaded I opened it. The app launches but then freezes. Cannot use the app at all. Lesson learned. I am running iOS 8 on an iPhone 6.

It might be a great app, knows? It starts and stays frozen on my iPhone. It seems there have been enough reviews stating exactly that; perhaps the company that made it is out of business? It certainly is not being updated...

App does NOT work. Save your money. Freezes immediately rendering it entirely useless. If you are on a boat and need to reference this app, Step 1.) Remove waterproof case. Step 2.) Hold phone over water. Step 3.) Release phone. You will then get the same amount of information this app provides you with. (Put a "-" in front of my star because its less than zero stars.)

The information is great to have at a moments notice. I also like the collision regulations, it was helpful in my studies. Thanks for the great update.

This app helped me study for my ticket. Much easier to access information than a dusty old book.

Love this app. Perfect all in one reference. Offline access to needed info is huge bonus. Highly recommend.
